Power Living is recognised as the ‘teacher of teachers’ and our graduates are regarded as some of the best-trained facilitators in the industry. We are committed to raising yoga teaching standards around the globe. This 200hr course has been fine-tuned over the past decade and is led by expert facilitators and physiotherapists who are masters in their field.

Power Living’s Teacher Training is education with a difference – this program is known for graduating facilitators with courage and passion, ready to teach with quality and excellence, from the day they complete the course.

This course takes place entirely in Adelaide, South Australia. With part-time modules across a 2 month period. You’ll be part of a community of fellow students undergoing this journey of radical transformation. The nature of the program will demand your full commitment in and out of the classroom but rest assured, the intensity will be matched by experiences of joy, connection and lasting friendships as you discover your most powerful self.

First intensive block:

Thursdays – Sundays | 7:30am – 5:30pm | 25 – 28 Feb & 4-7 Mar 2021

Second intensive block:

Thursdays – Sundays | 7:30am – 5:30pm | 25 – 28 Mar & 1 – 4 Apr

Final weekends:

Saturdays – Sundays | 7:30am – 5:30pm | 17 – 18 & 24 – 25 Apr

Laying the Foundations

Get to know the foundations of anatomy, yoga philosophy and the Power Living teaching methodology. Learn the techniques and principles that make a Power Living teacher world-class. Understand the ancient roots and the modern evolution of vinyasa yoga. Integrate functional movement principles to support long-term mobility, strength and flexibility for you and your students.

Integration and Deepening

Put your knowledge into practice. Our students practice teaching every single day of the course. Dive deeper into functional anatomy, explore the art of sequencing, use the philosophy you’ve studied to examine your own way of being. Learn how to bring the teachings of yoga to life for you and for your students as you uncover your most powerful presence.

Review, Exams and Graduation

Spend time consolidating your skills with your peers. Practice the art of sequencing and teaching flow. Get clear on all you’ve learned, talk about the next steps, the world of yoga business, and how to put your new certification into practice. To graduate from the 200hr program you will also be required to submit two written essays within one month of the course completion.

Post Course: Ongoing Support

We are committed to supporting you on every step of your yoga journey, and that doesn’t end when you graduate. We offer monthly Teacher Development session for all grads, plus opportunities to be involved at our studios through the Assisting Program or teaching our weekly Outreach Classes to the community. These are all offered as part of your ongoing relationship with us, at no extra cost.

Total cost is $3,899. Register with a deposit of $1000 to secure your spot. Full payment is due 4 weeks before course commencement.



Cost includes: all modules, full tuition, personal coaching with your facilitation team, your Power Living manual, and ongoing Teacher Development sessions post course for as long as you want to keep evolving with us.



Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive your 200hr Power Living certification, recognised by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia, worldwide certification programs. Walk away with the ability to teach a life-changing practice in any environment: schools, corporate offices, studios, fitness centres, healthcare practices and beyond.
