Physiotherapist & Facilitator
If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are undergoes a transformation. – J. Krishnamurti
Jamie’s introduction to yoga came in the form of meditation and self-study as a 19 year old. Since then he’s developed a deep love of yoga in its vast and timelessly relevant philosophy and continues to explore his daily meditation practices.
As a physiotherapist, Jamie was blown away by the integration of biomechanically-sound sequencing and inspirational philosophies that are a part of Power Living classes. He was hooked!
Jamie integrates understanding of the body and pain science into his classes. He aims to inspire people to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and gain a deeper understanding into themselves.
What sound do you love?
The rain pelting down on an iron roof.

It was the deep understanding that my suffering comes from within me, no matter what life brings. I have the power to perceive life with as much gratitude and compassion as I like. All I need is a calm mind and regular reinforcement… ooh I love meditation!
Yoga has made me…
Forever interested in life.
