1. Who can practice in-studio classes?
Our Glenelg and City studios are now open to everyone.
2. How often can members practice?
Members now have unlimited access to in-studio classes at both City & Glenelg, as well as unlimited access to livestream classes too. That’s 70 classes to choose from each week!
3. How do I come to a class in the studio?
Online bookings are essential, studio classes are capped at limited capacities for now. In-Studio classes open for bookings 7 days in advance. Our online livestream classes have no limits and you can book a year in advance, if you wish 🙂
4. Where do I book?
Go to the timetable for your selected location.
Or use the Mindbody App. You’ll see the classes clearly listed as ‘In-Studio’ or ‘Online Livestream’. Make sure you select the right option!
5. Can I cancel an in-studio class?
Please only book if you’re 100% sure you can attend. Our cancellation policy is 12hrs notice. Cancel via the Mindbody app or website or call us. Penalties may apply for late cancels and no-shows.
6. Can I waitlist?
We do not use waitlists. This means if the class is full, when someone cancels a space will automatically become visible online and available to book. Keep your eyes on the schedule to nab last minute spots.
7. What about livestream?
These classes will continue forever. You can use your livestream passes or your membership to book. There is no issue with cancelling livestreams. Look for the ‘Livestream’ tab or classes as listed.
8. Is my membership price changing?
From 22 June, in-studio memberships return to normal rates at $32.5 per week
9. Can I have a livestream only membership?
Absolutely. You can choose to remain on a livestream online only membership at a lower rate. If that suits you, just send an email to let us know.
10. What should I bring?
Due to covid precautions, please BYO mat and all props. Only towels will be available for hire. You can use our bolsters if you wrap it in a towel. Members can still store mats in-studio, if it’s within an enclosed bag.
11. What are we doing for health and safety?
Your health is at the heart of all we do. We commit to safeguarding this space for all of us. Our staff have undertaken the government Covid Infection Control Training Course and are well educated on how to manage the premises. We have a small army of cleaning yogis on a regular schedule to disinfect surfaces. You’ll see hand sanitiser stations at every doorway to use. We have 1.5m markers in place to make physical distancing clear and easy.
