FLIGHT SCHOOL GLENELG
Join the club of inversion junkies and handstand dreamers. Over four weeks you’ll learn skills and techniques, then put them to work to make your upside down goals a reality.
To master the basics of handstands requires daily practice and a little slice of courage. To kick you off each week you’ll practice a 90 minute session in the studio with your community. Build on the previous week and be led by your captain and master coach Adam Whiting. Learn new skills and drills for the coming week, ask questions and go beyond any roadblocks in your practice.
To get the most out of this series you’ll want to be comfortable holding a crow pose and brave enough to throw your legs in the air.
