FLIGHT SCHOOL – THE HANDSTAND

PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED || You are welcome to join a waitlist or register interest for the next round of Flight School.

Time to shift your perspective? This 6 session course is all about getting upside down… and staying there!

You’re invited to join a club of inversion junkies and handstand dreamers. Learn the skills and techniques, then put in the work to make your goals a reality.

To master solid handstand skills requires daily practice. So as well as the weekly livestream sessions, you’ll be part of an online group, Flight Club, where you share your daily practice and post progress videos to inspire and motivate one other, and keep each other accountable. The first rule of Flight Club is that everyone talks about Flight Club.

Each 1hr weekly session will be live with your Flight School captain Triton. As well as learning new skills and drills for the coming week, you can also ask questions and workshop any roadblocks together.

What you’ll learn:

  • The anatomy of Adho Mukha Vrksasana (aka handstand)

  • The physiological mechanics of balancing on your hands

  • A week-by-week training plan to build strength in key areas and progress your skills

  • Techniques and drills to warm-up and cool down smart and safely

  • Various entry and exit tactics as you build confidence and proficiency

  • Beginner, intermediate and advanced progression into different body shapes
