4 WEEKS FOUNDATIONS COURSE
This class covers the fundamentals of the vinyasa practice. Over 4 weeks you’ll work through the foundations and learn the pillars of a safe, lifelong practice. We slow things down to explore the basics of alignment, including modifications to ensure understanding and safety on the mat.
We’ll work through the basics to leave you feeling clear and empowered in your practice.
Week 1- Breath, Posture and Sun Salutations
Week 2- Standing Poses,Twists
Week 3- Back Bending and Inversions
Week 4- Balancing and Seated Postures
You can join in on any week and there’s no extra cost!

Kristin offers a unique blend of modern and traditional yogic practices; while fully honouring the tradition of yoga and ayurveda, she also uses modern methodologies rooted in psycho therapy to design unique and potent practices for those who are ready to transform.
Always being a seeker, Kristin deepened her practice after experiencing anxiety and depression in her early twenties. The practice of yoga transformed her on every level, brightening her desire to share their power and potential to remain steady even through the most turbulent of times.
