Welcome to the Glenelg Studio

We’re so excited to announce Power Living Adelaide is now at the beach! Welcome to your bay-side shala in Glenelg.

Located just off Jetty Rd in a gorgeous art deco building 200m from the sand, the Glenelg studio has a stunning Mediterranean flavour. High ceilings and bright windows will pour light onto your practice. The huge balcony is full of colourful blossoms and comfy lounges for you to hang out and connect to old and new friends after class.

Offering our iconic powerful vinyasa flow, plus yin yoga and educational classes for beginners, the studio is ready to welcome brand new students, or support advanced practitioners on their yoga journey. Alongside our team of renowned world-class facilitators, the studio attracts special guest teachers from around the world, bringing new events and workshops to evolve your practice and offer new opportunities to the Adelaide yoga community.

With ample classes offered 7 days a week, you can follow your flow with a dip in the ocean or enjoy a smoothie from one of the many healthy cafes in the neighbourhood.

We can’t wait to welcome you to your new bay-side yoga home.

Our studio is open for in-studio practice. Of course the best hygiene practices and covid-safe protocols are strictly adhered to. If ever you feel less than 100% in health, remember that every class is offered via online broadcast via our city studio, and is free with your membership.
