MINDFUL ART AND YOGA WORKSHOP
The practice of yoga and meditation has a powerful capacity to enhance our creative potential. Unlock your artistic prowess in this 2.5 hour Mindful Art and Yoga workshop guided by our resident artist yogini, Hannah Graney.
Through some gentle yoga asana and meditation, you will explore the connection between the movement of the body and the creative mind. This connection will then inspire pencil to paper, as you explore different approaches to drawing processes and modalities.
No drawing experience is required! All drawing materials will be supplied, as well as some tea and locally-made snacks. Unlock the power of yoga for creative inspiration – you may surprise yourself!
About the facilitator
Hannah was introduced to yoga as a child and it has been a constant thread in her life ever since. The practice of yoga has helped her to develop resilience and openness in body and mind. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire others to live in their bodies, listen to their hearts and find a lighter, more vibrant approach to living. She enjoys weaving her artistic talents into her yoga practice, and loves sharing how this can bring more creativity to every day life.
