The 6 week Modern Yogi Project is an opportunity to practice yoga in all aspects of your life: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. You’ll be connected with the whole Glenelg Power Living community to go beyond the physical side and bring in other yogic elements into your life: meditation, traditional philosophy, Ayurvedic nutrition and self enquiry.
Join Becca Gross, Ben Gardner and Kel Newstead to embark on this journey self discovery and consciousness with the support of the whole community.

About Kellie Newstead
Kellie Newstead began practicing yoga in 2006. She started teaching in 2016 after completing her 200hr yoga teacher training with Power Living.
Kel is nerdy about anatomy, modern movement and traditional practices. Expect a combination of total presence, authenticity, encouragement and warmth.
About Ben Gardner
Growing up with a love of acrobatics, hiking, and the performing arts, Ben was initially drawn to yoga for the physical asana practice. His practice continues to evolve and Ben loves teaching classes that are playful, concept driven and powerfully embodied.
Ben teaches at both Power Living City and Glenelg studios and brings to his work lots of heart, care and compassion for all. At the end of the day if you leave his class with a smile, a thought to ponder, or a new awareness around your body, then he is one happy teacher.
About Becca Gross
Becca started flirting with her yoga practice about 10 years ago in Portland, Oregon. Initially drawn to the appeal of a sweaty, intense practice, what eventually guided Becca back to her mat was the need to make some personal changes in 2018. The philosophy of yoga and the access to a transformative practice at Power Living Adelaide immediately drew her in. A dedicated student since that time, she completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2019 with Power Living.
Becca is an avid learner and enjoys building knowledge to compliment her love of asana and embodied living. Sharing this love and passion for movement and community is a practice that sparks immense joy.
