This 6 week project is an opportunity to practice yoga in all aspects of your life: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually amid a constantly evolving world.
Join senior facilitator Kel Newstead, Tanja Cvijetic and the rest of the Power Living team to go beyond your physical asana practice and bring other yogic elements into your life: meditation, traditional philosophy, nutrition and self enquiry.
You’ll connect with people around you in uncertain times and embark on this journey self discovery and consciousness with the support of the whole Power Living Glenelg community.

About the facilitator
Kellie Newstead began practicing yoga in 2006. She started teaching in 2016 after completing her 200hr yoga teacher training with Power Living.
Kel is nerdy about anatomy, modern movement and traditional practices. Expect a combination of total presence, authenticity, encouragement and warmth.
