14 DAY INTRO PASS

Welcome to your 14 Day Intro Pass!

FIVE: The INTRO PASS gives you unlimited access to our City studio, Glenelg studio and Online Livestream classes for 14 days.
FOUR: Bookings for all classes are essential. You can book via this website, or we recommend downloading the MindBody Online App for iOS or Android. You can book up to 6 days ahead.
THREE: Because we have limited spaces available for each class, it’s important that if you book, you practice. A late cancellation (within 2 hours of class) or non-attendance will see a $10 fee automatically charged to your card. This fee is donated to a good cause (Ripple Effect).
TWO: Please bring your own mat to all classes. There are yoga mats for sale at our studios, but none for hire. And for yin yoga, please bring your own clean towel to wrap over the studio bolsters, or bring your own bolster. Towels can be hired in studio.
