City In-Studio Practice

1. Book an “in-studio” class using the schedule below, or use your Mind Body Online app. Bookings are essential for all classes. You can book a class up to 7 days in advance. Glenelg studio closer? Book Glenelg here.
2. If you can’t make it, please cancel your booking at least 12hrs before class. This allows someone else to take your spot. If you’re not sure you can make it, please book an online class instead. Cancel your class via ‘My Schedule’ on the MBO app or website HERE.
3. Cancellations within 12hrs of class will be automatically charged a $10 fee, no shows the full $22. All of which is donated to The Ripple Effect charity. Casual classes will forfeit the cost of the class.
4. There are no cancellation or no-show fees for online livestream classes.
5. For your health and safety, there are currently no mats or props available, so please bring everything you need to practice.
