Foundations of Vinyasa Workshop
This workshop is the place to begin and is essential for anyone in the first couple years of vinyasa practice. In this 2.5 hour workshop with Kel Newstead you’ll break down the foundations of the physical practice.
You’ll learn detailed techniques based on anatomical awareness and embed the fundamentals of safe practice. You’ll walk out educated and empowered about the foundations of vinyasa practice and how to embody the physical asana in a smart, strong, safe way.
The practice of yoga works at a physical, mental and emotional level and may be rewarding and challenging. We invite you to take care and we always recommend that you participate only to a level where you feel safe and comfortable.
About the facilitator
Kel started practicing yoga in 2006 and teaching in 2016 after completing her 200HR training with Power Living. Since then she has continued her study; she is nerdy about anatomy, modern movement and traditional practices. Expect a combination of warmth, encouragement, humour and a spoonful of irreverence to keep it real.
